Paying in full before the run starts is accepted if you would like to go AFK during the run. Failure to follow payment guidelines will result in termination of the run (unless other arrangements have been made). -------------------- Q&A: Q: I saw [player] running to [outpost] for [x] amount of money. Can I get a run for [x] amount of money? A: No. This is a private running service, meaning you have the luxury of being the only person I run. My prices are based on how many zones I go through, how long those zones are, how difficult those zones are, and how much convenience I'm providing to you with that run. My prices also compensate for the lack of other customers. Q: Why are some of your runs pre-pay only? A: I ask for payment ahead of time on particular runs when there is no logical place to stop and ask to be paid in the middle of the run, or if the run takes a lengthy time to completely finish. This usually occurs on missions that require fighting or when the destination outpost has no stops between it and the starting point. Q: I paid in full for a run and then went AFK. I got disconnected/had to go offline for whatever reason and couldn't come back right away. What happens now? A: If you still want your run completed, message me and we will finish it when you are free. If you no longer want the run completed, you will be refunded for the unfinished portion of the run. Q: I've paid in full for my run and now I want to go AFK. Do I need to equip a vampiric weapon? A: Although it would relieve some amount of pressure, it isn't required. I've yet to have a problem with this issue. If you are going to be at your computer with GW minimized and check back every so often, there really isn't a need for a vampiric weapon. However, if you plan on leaving the room/house completely, I would recommend equipping one so that you are guaranteed to have your run completed when you return. Q: I want to be ran to a particular destination and I have an outpost unlocked closer than the one listed as the starting point. Can we start from there instead? Do I get a discount? A: I will always prefer starting a run from the closest outpost to the destination. If you have an outpost unlocked that is closer to your destination than the one listed, by all means, say so. The payment will be adjusted based on where we start. Q: I posted here/sent you a forum message. Why haven't I been contacted yet to receive my run? A: As I said above, it is your responsibility to contact me in-game, not the other way around. Instead of PM'ing multiple people every time I get online and being told they're currently busy with other things, I find it much more favorable to simply wait to be asked.
